If you want to return your order you must tell us within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. You then have 14 days to return the items. Please allow 10 days for returns to be inspected and to refunded. Return requests or items received outside of the timeframes mentioned before will not be accepted. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.
Returns are at the buyers cost and your refund will be for the full amount you originally paid. We do not provide return labels, so you will need to send back via a courier of your choice.
